My radiator is cold at the top. What's wrong?
Air in it. Bleed it with a radiator key with the heating off. If it keeps coming back, or the system pressure drops, ring Arek.
How often should a boiler be serviced?
Once a year is the usual advice from manufacturers, and many warranties need it.
