Privacy notice

Who we are

This website belongs to SOS Property Services Sligo, the plumbing business of Arek Olczak, Sligo. It is built and run for him by Bartlomiej Standa, sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, who receives requests sent through the form and passes them to Arek. Contact: sospropertyservicesligo@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send a request: the job, when you need it, the type of property, your phone number and, if you give them, your name, the area and any details. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

So Arek can ring you about the job you asked about, and price and do it if you go ahead. We do this with your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

Your request goes to Arek. Nobody else gets it. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing sospropertyservicesligo@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
